944 non-airbag:
For this model, I decided to add a French seamed leather cover to the horn pad. The Porsche crest is laser engraved in the leather. Other engravings are also possible.

Obviously this particular example was for a 928 GT, but the wheel and effect is the same and I can engrave whatever is appropriate.
Airbags do pose somewhat of a dilemma since they are designed to split open upon impact. I designed the leather cover to open up following the same lines as the original plastic cover so it would not interfere in any way with the airbag's function.
